Individual Support
One-to-one sessions offer a consistent, personalized space to talk through whatever is coming up — anxiety, identity shifts, relationship changes, or simply the feeling that everything is different.
Some women come weekly. Others check in as needed. There’s no required pace.
Together, we focus on helping you feel more grounded, more supported, and more like yourself as you move through pregnancy and postpartum.
kindred m.a.m.a. collective
The Collective is a small, guided group for women navigating pregnancy later in life, with particular care for pregnancy and postpartum after 40, who want emotional support in community with others in a similar season.
Inside the group, we focus on calming anxiety, navigating identity changes, feeling less alone, and building steadiness during pregnancy and early postpartum.
