Pregnancy and early motherhood can be meaningful, tender, and unexpectedly overwhelming. Sometimes all at once.

Even when things look “fine” from the outside, you may be holding anxiety, uncertainty, identity shifts, or quiet emotional weight that few people truly see.

1:1 support offers a private, steady space to slow down, share what you’re carrying, and receive support that meets you exactly where you are.

You don’t have to carry this alone.

1:1 support is for you if:

  • Anxiety shows up between appointments or after the baby arrives

  • You feel pressure to be grateful, calm, or “doing better” than you are

  • Pregnancy or postpartum feels heavier than you expected

  • You’re navigating identity changes alongside physical recovery

  • You want thoughtful emotional support, not just reassurance or advice

You don’t have to be in crisis to deserve support. You only have to be human in a season that asks a lot of you.

Our work together is gentle, collaborative, and shaped around your needs — not a fixed program.

Inside sessions, we may focus on:

  • Steady support for anxiety, worry, or racing thoughts

  • Navigating uncertainty around pregnancy, birth, or postpartum recovery

  • Processing identity shifts and emotional changes

  • Creating practical rhythms that support rest, care, and adjustment

  • Making space for feelings that are hard to name out loud

There’s no pressure to perform, improve quickly, or have the “right” answers. This is simply a place to be supported while you move through this transition

about me:

I’m Shelly Lucas, founder of Daisy Perinatal Health & Wellness and a mom who had children at 45 and 47.

I created this work after seeing how many women were carefully supported medically while quietly carrying the emotional weight alone. I’m especially passionate about offering steady, compassionate care during pregnancy and postpartum, when support is often needed most.

Sessions are held privately online, offering a steady and supportive space from the comfort of your home. Each session lasts 45 minutes, and we move at a pace that feels manageable and respectful of what you’re carrying.
